Retaining Our Firm

At the end of the initial consultation for new clients you will be given the opportunity to retain us, if you’ve been selected, as a good “fit” for our firm. Payments for services and the consultation fees are to be made  according to the terms, regarding fees, documented in the engagement letter

Kenya D. Borders, CPA

I have been a CPA firm owner since 2018; before that, I worked for some of the largest financial services companies in the world. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Business Administration degree from Appalachian State University, graduating in the top 10% of my class. I completed the Business and Marketing Education Initial Licensure Program at North Carolina State University. I teach accounting and business courses with the earned educator’s license. Currently, I am studying to take the entrance exam for my doctorate degree.

I serve a diverse clientele. I have tax or accounting engagements with Churches and other non-profits, clergy, real-estate investors and professionals, truck drivers, established business owners, new entrepreneurs, plus W-2 employees.

I am a member of Kingdom Christian Church. I enjoy studying my Bible and spending time with my wife (Nikki) and my sons (Isaiah and Jeremiah). I am very thankful for all that Jesus has done for me.
